Klagenfurt is the sixth larges city in Austria and has many beautiful castles scattered around the outskirts of town, as well as many castle-like hotels.
The Klagenfurt stadium is called Wörthersee Stadion and is completely new, opened as late as 2007. It is multifunctional with many facilities and is beautifully located next to lake Wörthersee. You might be able to find a hotel between Klagenfurt town and here, it’s a 5 kilometre walk to town.
